1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement governing your access to and use of the RSW77 website, account services, casino games, live dealer products, sports markets, promotions and related features. 3. Account Eligibility

RSW77 may conduct identity, age, address, source-of-funds and payment ownership checks. Documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport, proof of address issued within the previous three months, and evidence that a bank account or eWallet belongs to you. Verification is intended to support regulatory responsibilities, prevent fraud and protect withdrawals.
You must provide genuine, clear and unaltered information within the requested period. RSW77 may delay a payment, restrict account features or close an account when verification cannot be completed. 5. Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in the same legal name as the RSW77 account. Depending on availability, Malaysian players may be offered MYR transactions through FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong or other approved channels.
Minimum and maximum deposit values, processing times and availability are displayed through the relevant account interface and may differ by payment method. RSW77 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular bank or eWallet service. Players remain responsible for charges imposed independently by their financial provider.

6. Wagers, Games and Sports Markets
A wager is accepted only when confirmed and recorded by the RSW77 system. You are responsible for reviewing the game, selection, stake, odds and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager cannot normally be amended or cancelled merely because the player made an error.
Casino games involve chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes. RTP represents a theoretical return calculated over a large number of rounds; it is not a promise for an individual session. Sports markets may include EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, UFC and other events. Odds can change until a bet is accepted. Collusion, automated wagering tools, coordinated manipulation, exploitation of technical errors and use of inside information are prohibited. RSW77 may investigate unusual activity, withhold disputed funds during a reasonable review and void wagers where a material breach is established.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
Every RSW77 bonus is governed by these terms and any promotion-specific conditions displayed when the offer is made. Such conditions may include eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, qualifying games, maximum stake, expiry period, turnover rules and withdrawal limits.
Players must review the full offer before opting in. Bonus credit is not necessarily withdrawable cash. 8. Withdrawals

The requested amount must consist of cleared funds and must not remain subject to an unresolved wagering requirement or investigation.
Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may arise from verification, bank operating periods, technical maintenance, payment provider reviews or discrepancies in submitted details. Malaysian public holidays and financial institution schedules may also affect MYR transfers.
RSW77 may apply reasonable minimum and maximum limits shown in the account area. A request may be cancelled or returned when the payment information is incorrect, the receiving method cannot accept the transaction, or the account is restricted under these Terms & Conditions.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must use RSW77 honestly and only for personal entertainment. You must not:
- register while under 21 or assist an underage person to access RSW77;
- impersonate another person or submit false, stolen or altered documents;
- use funds derived from unlawful activity or a third-party payment method;
- collude with other players, manipulate markets or exploit software faults;
- attempt to disrupt RSW77 systems, security controls or game integrity;
- use automated scripts, bots or unauthorised data extraction tools; or
- harass support personnel or use the service for unlawful communication.
A material breach may result in suspension, closure, cancellation of affected transactions and any other proportionate action permitted by applicable rules.
10. Responsible Gambling
RSW77 provides gambling entertainment only for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must never be viewed as employment, guaranteed income or a method of recovering financial losses. You should set an affordable spending limit, monitor session time and stop when play is no longer enjoyable.

RSW77 may suspend or close an account when necessary to investigate fraud, protect platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, enforce responsible gambling controls or address a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, undisputed cleared funds will be returned after verification and required deductions.
12. Service Availability and Liability
RSW77 aims to provide stable access but cannot warrant that every game, sports feed, payment channel or account feature will remain continuously available. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device limitations, provider interruptions and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSW77 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, player device failure, incorrect credentials, unauthorised sharing of account information or reliance on gambling as a source of income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
